I’m a real estate entrepreneur who initiates, develops, and sells high-end projects — villas, commercial buildings, and complex developments — in Israel and abroad.

Alongside this, for over a decade I’ve been the owner and managing director of KWAA, a leading Jerusalem advertising agency working with both small businesses and public companies. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with many brokers and developers, learning what truly motivates people to inquire, engage, and ultimately become buyers.
